1. Player is solely responsible for ensuring that the information registered with the account is correct. Verification may be required.

 

2. Player must be 21 years of age at the start of the tournament(s) included in the package.

3. Winning either the Main Event or the Side Event package does not exclude players from also winning the other package

 

4. Package is personal and may not be transferred unless specific approval is given by Tower Gaming.

 

5. Packages are not refundable for cash.

 

6. Player approves that Tower Gaming uses his or her personal details for registration, administration and marketing purposes.

 

7. Player is solely responsible for following instructions provided by Tower Gaming regarding for example tournament registration, sign-up, gear pick-up and hotel check-in.

 

8. Player is solely responsible for making sure he or she abides by dress codes, ethical rules or other requirements set by the event organizer.

 

9. Player is solely responsible for showing up in time for the event.

 

10. Player is solely responsible for making sure winnings are taxed according to local jurisdiction and law.

 

11. Tower Gaming retains the right to change information about this event at any time.

 

12. Tower Gaming retains the right to cancel the event and replace the package with a package of equal value to another event of Tower Gaming’s choice.

 

13. Failure to comply with any of these terms may - at the sole discretion of Tower Gaming - lead to player forfeiting his right to all or some elements within the package such as buy-in and/or accommodation.

 

14. If a player wins a qualifier tournament more than once, an additional package of the same type will be converted to another live event package of the same or lesser value.

 

15. If a player under the age of 21 wins a qualifier event the player can keep the affiliated spending/travelling cash but forfeits the right to buy-in and accommodation. This part of the package will be offered to the next player in line.

 

16. Player must wear branded gear (clothes etc) made available to player at location or in advance.  

 

17. Player may not, while playing any event included in package, represent another site or sign sponsorship with any other gaming operation.

 

18. Cash portion of event package may be credited as an additional ticket of the same value. The tickets will be manually credited by our support team within 48 hours of the completion of the tournament.
