Edge

To have an advantage.

“I had the Edge on my opponent, and he could tell.”

How much you can expect to win from a pot. Equity is also referred to as your ‘rightful share' of a pot.

“I could tell my Equity was high for that hand.”

Many players have an Expectation beyond their ability.
