Country-Related IssuesDifferent Country Error (Temporary Travel) If you have attempted to cash-out while being outside of your sign-up Country, this will result in an automatic block. If traveling, we would advise that you do not make any transactions until you are back in your sign-up Country. In the meantime, if your account does become blocked, we will need a scan of your valid Passport and a recent utility bill that clearly states your name and address. Countries Not Accepting Certain Methods: Error "due to Country of Origin." Unfortunately, certain countries do not permit deposits/cash-outs with specific payment methods.
