How can I cash-out my money if I deposited with a credit card?

You can set up a NETELLER account so that you can withdraw your winnings to that account and transfer the money to your bank from there. All withdrawal requests can be done online from our "Cash-out" page. Please note that you must make a deposit from a NETELLER account before you can cash-out using NETELLER

If you deposited using your Visa card you will have the option to cash out to that same Visa Card which can take up to 4 business days to complete. Alternatively we also offer Bank Transfer as a cash out option which permits you to transfer your funds directly to your bank account of choice.

I receive the error: Visa Re-direct Not Complete

A cash-out that has been redirected to Visa can take up to 2 weeks for the transaction to be completed due to bank handling. Visa international has stated that when a card holder has not received a cash-out they should call their Visa issuer (Phone number is on the reverse of the card). You will then be assisted by their customer support.
