What deposit methods are available?

How do I deposit money?
You need to enable your account for Real Money before you can make a deposit. To Real Money enable, please fully and accurately complete the 'Personal Information' section under 'My Account' – 'User Profile'. Once you have successfully done this you can deposit Real Money into your account.

How do I increase my deposit limit (using a credit card)?
In order to increase your limit, you need to have earned more than 250 Player Points.
If you would like your credit card deposit limit raised, please contact Player Support and submit the following for further review:
- A color copy of a government issued ID (passport, drivers’ license).
- A scan of your credit card both front and back (please black out the middle digits of the card for security).
- A recent copy of a utility bill with your current address visible.
Please include the amount you would like your Credit Card deposit limit raised to.
How do I increase my deposit limit (using e-wallet)?
In order to increase your limit, you need to have been playing on Tower for at least one month.
If you would like to raise your deposit limit, please contact Player Support and submit the following for review:
- A color copy of Government Issued ID (Passport, drivers license)
- A recent utility bill with your current address
- Screenshot of you’re your method of deposit (ex. Moneybookers, Neteller etc) which shows a Tower Gaming transaction.
Please include the amount you would like your E-Wallet deposit limit raised to and which specific account.
What will show up on my credit card statement when I deposit?
Credit card charges show up as "Aqua Pay London" on credit card statements
What does a 2110 deposit error mean?
A 2110 deposit error usually means that there are insufficient funds in the account you are trying to deposit from. Many times there can be a delay when putting money into (for example) a NETELLER account. This will mean that the funds will not be immediately available when you try to deposit from your NETELLER to your Tower account.. If this happens please confirm that the funds are available and give sufficient time for the transfer to complete.
How do I get my Real Money into my Tower Gaming Casino account?
In order to put Real Money into your Tower Casino account you must first have money in your Tower Gaming Poker account.
