How do I increase my Deposit Limit?
There are different requirements to raise your deposit limit based on which method you use at Tower.
Raising my Deposit Limit using Visa & Mastercard
In order to increase your limit, you need to have earned more than 250 Player Points. If you would like your credit card deposit limit raised, please contact Player Support and submit the following for further review:
- A color copy of a government issued ID (passport or driver's license).
- A scan of your credit card both front and back (please black out the middle digits of the card for security).
- A recent copy of a utility bill with your current address visible.
- Please include the amount you would like your Credit Card deposit limit raised to.
Raising my Deposit Limit using e-wallet
In order to increase your limit, you need to have been playing on Tower for at least one month. If you would like to raise your deposit limit, please contact Player Support and submit the following for review:
- A color copy of Government Issued ID (Passport, Drivers license).
- A recent utility bill with your current address.
- Screenshot of your method of deposit (e.g. Moneybookers, Neteller, etc) that shows a Tower Gaming transaction.
- Please include the amount you would like your E-Wallet deposit limit raised to.
Raising my Deposit Limit Even More
You can request to raise the maximum deposit limit after you have played with us for at least a month. You will need to send us a valid scan of your Passport as well as a recent Utility Bill with your name and address stated clearly. The bill can be no longer than 2 months old. We will then forward this to our Accounts department for review. If you are requesting a Credit Card increase, we will also require a scan of the front and back of your credit card. Please black out the middle and security digits.
