"Not Confirmed" Deposit Limit Problem

Occasionally if you attempt to deposit a second time before your most recent deposit has gone through, it may count towards your 24 hour and weekly deposit limit and hence cause a deposit problem. What does a 2110 Deposit error mean?

A 2110 deposit error usually means that there are insufficient funds in the account you are trying to deposit from. Many times there can be a delay when putting money into (for example) a NETELLER account. This will mean that the funds will not be immediately available when you try to deposit from your NETELLER to your Tower account. If this happens, please confirm that the funds are available and give sufficient time for the transfer to complete.

I get an error message when I try to deposit with my credit card. What's wrong?

I get an error "Visa Re-Direct not Complete."

A cashout that has been redirected to Visa can take up to 2 weeks for the transaction to be completed due to bank handling. I get an error "Due to country of Origin."
