A. No. The money returns to your account automatically when you click on leave.

4.2 MULTI TABLE TOURNAMENTS

Q. How do I register to a multi table tournament?

A. You can register for the multi-table tournament either in the tournament or for some tournaments, from the weekly calendar.
The tournament starts at the scheduled time, for example 3 pm ET. All tournament players must be logged into the tournament game before the tournament starts to keep their place in the starting line.

Ensure that you are on the tournament page at least 2 minutes before the start. When the tournament starts you shall be automatically seated at a table.

Q. How is it decided who is moved to a new table?

A. In multi-table tournaments we try to keep tables as full as possible by redistributing players. If needed the player to be moved to a new table is always the player not currently in either the Dealer, Small Blind or Big Blind positions that has been moved the fewest number of times so far. If there is more than one candidate, the player sitting the furthest clockwise distance away from the Big Blind gets moved.

Q. In multi-table tournaments, how can I find which table I'm seated at?

A. If you are in the game lobby for a multi-table prior to the start time you will be taken automatically to the table. If this does not occur, or if you are not in the lobby at start time please highlight the tournament name in the lobby then click on the "go to tournament" tab followed by the "tourney info" tab. Here you will see a list of all players in the tournament. You can find the table you are seated at from this list and click on the relevant table to join the game.

Q. What should I do if I registered for a tournament in the past but the tournament had already started when logged on?

A. Until you log on, your hands shall be check/folded, while you pay any blind charges that pass. As soon as you log into your account, you shall be sent to the table where your player is sat. If you are not placed automatically, please highlight the tournament name in the lobby then click on the "go to tournament" tab followed by the "tourney info" tab.

Here you will see a list of all players in the tournament. Press "control" "f" over the player list in the bottom right corner and enter your nick name. You will then be shown the table you are at. Simply go to the game lobby and click on the relevant table to join the game.

4.3 RE-BUY TOURNAMENTS

Q. What is a Rebuy Tournament?

A. For certain tournaments, players are allowed to boost their stack size by rebuying in. This option is called a " rebuy ", and tournaments that allow rebuys are called "rebuy tournaments".

When a player re-buys, he pays the buy-in (without the fee), and his stack size increases by the amount of starting chips. Rebuys are done in the tourney specific lobby or in a dialogue box when the player has run out of chips

Q. What is an "Add-on"?

A. An Add-on is an additional re-buy at the end of the re-buy period. At the end of the re-buy period, which is usually at the first hour break, all players will be given the option to pay the buy-in again, and boost their stack size. This option is available to all players who are still in the tournament, regardless of their stack size

Q. When is a player allowed to rebuy?

A. You can re-buy when your chips are less or equal to the starting stack size, within the rebuy period. Rebuys are done in the tourney specific lobby or in a dialogue box when the player has run out of chips.

The rebuy period is usually from the beginning of the tournament to the first break, typically one hour. At the end of the rebuy period, you will be given a choice to "add-on". When the period is over, no rebuys will be allowed and players who run out of chips will be out of the tournaments. The rebuy period will end immediately if a player reaches prize position within the original period.

Q. How do I re-buy in a tournament?

A. Rebuys can be done in the tourney specific lobby, or when you have run out of chips, you will be given the option in a dialogue box to re-buy into the tournament. You can re-buy and increase your stack size when your chips are less than, or equal to the original stack size, within the rebuy period.

Q. How many times can you re-buy in a tournament?

A. The number of allowed rebuys differs between tournaments. Some have fixed limits (one or two) whereas others allow unlimited rebuys.

Q. How long is the rebuy period?

A The rebuy period is usually from the beginning of the tournament to the first break, typically one hour. At the end of the rebuy period, you will be given a choice to "add-on". When the period is over, no rebuys will be allowed and players who run out of chips will be out of the tournaments. Also, no rebuys will be allowed once a player reaches prize position.

4.4 TOURNAMENT TICKETS

Q. What's a ticket?

A. A ticket represents the starting fee of a tournament. Instead of paying the fee when playing the tournaments you can, if you have one, enter using a ticket. Tickets are often awarded as part of promotions or to the winners of satellite or qualifier tournaments.

Q. How long does a ticket last?

A. All tickets will have an expiration time, defining how long it is valid. This will vary and will be displayed in the information regarding the tournaments.

Q. Can I sell or give my tickets to someone else?

A. Tournament tickets are assigned to your account so, won tickets are non-transferable. Cash prizes are not awarded as an alternative to tickets.

4.5 TOURNAMENT CONNECTION ISSUES

Q. I got disconnected - what did I do wrong?

A. If you were disconnected, it may mean that your Internet connection to our server broke down for some reason. In the web client, just reload the game in your browser to get back. You should automatically be taken back to your table. If you get disconnected during a tournament game, you will be put on autopilot.

The computer will play for you until you come back. Its playing strategy is simple; check until someone bets, then fold. Just click on the "I'm back"-button to turn off the autopilot.

Q. What should I do if I lose my connection and get kicked out of a tournament?

A. Try to log back on again as soon as possible. You will still be seated at your table and will be check/folded until you return.

Q. Why is the game sometimes slow?

A. You could be suffering from internet lag that is often caused by poor connection between your ISP and our server. This is something beyond our control. Your own connection is often improved if you close off other bandwidth-consuming applications such as internet browsers, file sharing programs, chat programs, etc.

Q. Why can't I see the list of tables? All I get is a gray square.

A. This usually means that you need to clear your "cache" (temporary internet files) and lacks the latest version of Java plug-in. You can download the Java plug-in by clicking on "Get It Now" on the Java homepage.

Q. I sat out for a few hands in a tournament, but it doesn't let me sit back in?

A. Your session has expired. Quickly close the game window (table) and restart the lobby (game client). You can then rejoin the tournament while our system checks/folds your hands for you. You do not lose anything except the blinds when it's your turn to post them.

How do I go from one Player's Club Level to another?

Tower Gaming has developed a unique way to grant access into our Player's Club levels: Leveling up is done by clearing specific Player's Club bonuses for each level.

For all new players, completing certain offers from the Tower of Bonuses will propel you into any one of our Player's Club Levels depending on your choice.

Example: You make a first time deposit and choose the “Getting Ahead Bonus”. Immediately you are entered into Level 1. Access to Level 2 is only granted once this bonus has been cleared. Don't worry if you don't manage to clear the Level 2 bonus, we will offer you many more opportunities to try a bonus for the next level, such as reload bonuses.

For our existing players the reload bonuses are your opportunity to level up and will be sent to you in a reload email format.

Be sure you do not miss out and verify that your account is setup to receive ‘all newsletter and bonus offers', under ‘User Profile' in ‘My Account'. When you receive your reload we will be very specific about what level you will qualify for when you clear it. We know that this takes some getting used to, but it will be worth it!

Keep in mind that our players are rewarded for their proven potential play on Tower Gaming! We know that our players sometimes have to take a break from playing therefore we never penalize our players by downgrading their play or taking away their current status. Once you have attained membership in any of our ‘Club Levels' the only way to go is UP!

The rewards currently available are just the beginning. Watch out for more promotions to be added to every level of the program in the coming weeks and months. Please see our Rewards Program section for more information.

When do the reloads come, how often, what types?

The reload offers are sent out via email during promotional periods. These will be announced ahead of time, and will only last for one day, so you have to make sure you get to the site on that day in order to activate your bonus. Don't miss out: verify that your account is setup to receive 'all newsletter and bonus offers', under 'User Profile' in 'My Account'.

To ensure you get maximum enjoyment from your stay at Tower Gaming each reload bonus is custom made just for the player during each promotional period. The final details on what type of bonus you will receive next is under review by our Player's Club Manager, but we assure you it will be one you love.

All you have to do is make sure Tower Gaming is added to your safe list and you won't miss the offer when it comes.

What types of bonuses are in each level?

There are 4 different levels in our Player's Club and the higher the level, the better the bonuses. This includes better reload bonuses and better tournament tickets to exchange for. Get all the details in the Point Shop.

Bonuses can exist in many forms though. You'll find extra riches in our Monthly Hand Challenge, Quads Bonus, and the intense Daily Player Points Challenge for players at the VIP level.

Information on these and many more can be found in our Special Promotions section.

When are the qualifier tournaments for the live events and what packages are up for grabs?

Live Event Qualifiers started on February 4th 2008 and occur daily. To begin with we have packages available for three major live events, and as the year goes on we will be adding more live events, such as the WPT, WSOP, and more EPT events.

More information about the Live Events and when to qualify can be found in our Live Events Section.

7. Fairness & Integrity

Q. Are your cards really random?

A. We use Sun Microsystem's SecureRandom function for Java. The implementation of the random number generator and the shuffle, have been designed by a PhD in Mathematics.

Thorough testing and evaluation of our poker software has found that:

*There was no statistical bias in cards dealt as pocket cards.

*There was no statistical bias in cards dealt to any of the board positions.

*There were no statistical differences in the cards dealt to games involving experienced players and the cards dealt to games involving new players.

Three months of dealt hands were thoroughly analyzed. That auditing was the most detailed auditing of any online poker site so far. We are hence proud to say that our cards are completely random and unbiased.

Q. Can players determine which cards they will be dealt?

A. No other players can know your cards or influence which cards you will get. The cards to be dealt are not determined until the very moment before they are sent out, so there is no way to know them in advance (because they don't even exist in advance). We only send out information on a need-to-know basis, which means that there is no way to predict any of the cards coming your way or going to other players. All the information sent out is also heavily encrypted for further security.

Q. What should I do if I suspect players of cheating?

A. If you suspect a player is trying to cheat please contact us with the players nickname and if possible any hand numbers they may have been involved in. Please send as much details relating to the event as you possibly can and we will take appropriate action.

Q. Does Tower Gaming use Algorithms

A The algorithms used to generate cards on our site are completely random and it would not benefit Tower Gaming in any way to fix the outcome of any games. Our players are gambling with each other and not against the house therefore it is not in our best interest to favor one player over the other.

As we all know, the popularity of online poker has been rapidly growing. With that success, there are many more inexperienced players on online poker sites. These players are not as familiar with the statistical aspect of poker and therefore they end up chasing hands that a regular player would know were long shots.

Due to the sheer number of hands being played on our site at any given time, these players are more likely to catch those lucky cards on the turn or the river and the more experienced players will in turn see more bad beats. It is not that the servers are flagging people or picking the winners at random, it is that realistically some of these hands should not be played and therefore the outcome can be surprising.

Q. Why is my account blocked?

A. If our risk management team has identified your account as being involved in or linked to activity that is fraudulent or inappropriate; your account will be blocked. The original funds you deposited will be returned to you; however any winnings obtained by fraud will not be paid out. If you genuinely feel there has been a mistake, you can contact Support. In addition, if a player attempts to play outside of their sign-up country, the account will be blocked for security purposes. Please contact Tower Support for further information.

For more information on how to do this please refer to the firewall provider's user manual or your system administrator. The same would apply if you are going through a proxy server. For more complicated proxy servers/firewalls you need to configure the exact ports and protocols allowed. Our download software uses these protocols and ports:

5700-5709, 5720-5724 and 5750-5759

Another way is to totally close the firewall and use MS Windows built-in firewall feature in your computer.

9.2 MACINTOSH USERS

Q. How do I get it to work on a Macintosh using OS9.x?

A. The software has been tested with Mac OS 9.6 together with Internet Explorer 5.1.7. (It might also work with earlier versions of Mac OS9 and maybe even some versions of Mac OS8, but this is not guaranteed.)

Two things are required to make it work:

1. The Macintosh Runtime for Java (MRJ) 2.2.5 needs to be installed on your computer. Do a file search for "MRJ" and see if it turns up. If not, you can download it from Apple .

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=75097 )

Your browser needs to be configured to use the MRJ to run Java applets. This is done from the "Java" controls in the "Settings".

Q. How do I get it to work on a Macintosh using Mac OS X?

A. The software works with Mac OS X 10.2.8 or later, together with Safari 1.0.2 or later, or Mozilla 1.5 or later. No special settings are required for Mac OS X.

Q. How do I make player notes?

A. Simply click on the player's avatar and enter the text you would like to remind yourself of him in the pop-up field.

Q. Add-ons / when are they permitted?

Q. What are min/max limits?

A Generally, credit cards require a minimum of $20, and a weekly maximum of $250.

E-wallets generally have a minimum of $10 and a daily maximum of $1,000, with the exception of Firepay at $500. Weekly limits of $1,500 also apply to e-wallets.

You will find detailed information when you go to the deposit page.

Q My cashout didn't go to the method I requested!

A If you deposited using a different e-wallet as well as the one you requested a cash-out to, the funds may have gone to this account. This is because most e-wallets have an equal cash-in/cash-out policy.

Q What does a 2110 deposit error mean?

A A 2110 deposit error usually means that there are insufficient funds in the account you are trying to deposit from. Many times there can be a delay when putting money into for example a Neteller account, so that when you go to deposit using Neteller into your Tower Gaming account the funds are not yet available. Please confirm that the funds are available and give sufficient time for the transfer to complete.
