Where can I find my bonus details?

All of the information regarding your bonuses, the status, how many points to clear, when they expire, etc can be found in you're My Poker Account Page.

What types of bonuses are there?

Essentially, there are two types of bonuses:
 

1. First Time Deposit Bonuses
   • First time deposit bonuses are only offered to players at the time of their first deposit.
2. Reload Bonuses
   • A reload bonus is like a First Time Deposit Bonus but it is open and players will receive multiple offerings of different reload bonuses.

 

When is a bonus released?

Bonuses are released automatically when the required number of points has been earned.

What is a multiplier?

The multiplier is the number of player points you must earn per $1 bonus released. For example, if you are working on a 10x bonus, you must earn 10 player points for every $1 of bonus released. So for a $50 bonus, you would need to earn 500 player points for the bonus to be released.

When does my bonus expire?

Most bonuses expire 30 days after they are activated. You can find out exactly when you bonus expires in your My Account page. Please note that queued bonuses are active bonuses and they start expiring the moment they are placed in your account.

How many bonuses can I work off at once?

You can only work on one bonus at a time.

Will I lose my player points when I finish the bonus?

Nope, the points are yours to spend at the point's store.

What are player points?

When do the reloads come, how often, what types?

Reload offers are sent out via email during promotional periods. These will be announced ahead of time, and will only last for one day, so you have to make sure you get to the site on that day in order to activate your bonus. Don't miss out: verify that your account is setup to receive "Bonus Offers," under User Profile in your "My Account section."
