How do I recover my Password?

In order to retrieve your password, you will need to visit the Tower Gaming homepage and follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on Login on the right upper corner of the page.
  2. Click on "Forgot Password" (just below the password space)
  3. Enter the same e-mail address you registered with us earlier. An e-mail will be sent with your nickname and a new password.
  4. Please change your password immediately to something you can remember.

For security purposes, once you have received your password, please proceed to change the password from your "My Account" page. This is how you can change your password:

  1. Click on "My Account"
  2. Click on "Profile" and then "Detail" tab
  3. Key in the Password given in the e-mail as your old password
  4. Then key in your new desired password.

I didn't receive an activation code!

If you have not received your activation code, please note that some email services deliver email into a "bulk" or "junk" folder. We strongly advise you to add support@TowerGaming.com to your email client's safe senders list. This will ensure that you do not miss any important emails. If you are still having problems, then please contact support directly.

If you have still not received your activation code please Contact our Support Staff and they will be happy to assist you.

How do I unsubscribe from your e-mail list.

To unsubscribe, go to your "My Account" and uncheck the boxes of the e-mail type that you no longer wish to receive.

Why is my account Blocked?

If our risk management team has identified your account as being involved in or linked to activity that is fraudulent or in appropriate; your account will be blocked. The original funds you deposited will be returned to you; however any winnings by fraud will not be paid out. If you genuinely feel there has been a mistake, you can contact Support at Support@TowerGaming.com or via Live Chat. In addition, if a player attempts to play outside of their sign-up country, the account will be blocked for security purposes.

I want to close my account!

If you would like to close your account for any reason, simply e-mail our staff at support@towergaming.com or talk to them via Live Chat. Please note that in order to reopen your account you will be required to submit a scanned copy of your photo identification and an explanation for the re-opening.

Can I change my Player Name?

You cannot change your player name once you have submitted for your Tower Account. This is for security purposes since changing the Player name can disrupt the system data and raises security alerts. It is the also the only way in which other players can recognize you.

I'd like to Share an Account.

We do not permit you to share accounts. We would like to emphasize that by sharing accounts, you are breaching our Terms & Conditions. This is a serious offense and will be taken seriously. We have a very sensitive monitoring system that can detect such activity and consequentially, action will be taken. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

This also applies to having more than one account in the same household. This is also referenced in our Terms & Conditions and will result in action.
