Example: You're interested in Premier League Football. You see Liverpool and Arsenal are facing off shortly and want to place a 1x2 with Handicap wager on the match. Tower Gaming has assigned Arsenal a Handicap bet of +1.
- In the case of a draw or if Arsenal wins (1-1, 0-1): The result for the 1X2 with Handicap is "1" because Arsenal had a positive handicap of 1 goal. So Arsenal would also win even with a draw.
- In the case of a Liverpool win with a 1 goal difference (1-0, 2-1): The result for the 1X2 with Handicap is "X", because Arsenal had an addition of 1 goal so the handicap result is a draw.
- In the case of a Liverpool win with 2 or more goals difference (2-0, 3-1): The result for the 1X2 with Handicap is a "2", because Liverpool wins despite the +1 handicap addition to Arsenal.

Over Under
Description: You must wager on whether or not the total points scored in the game between the two teams will be over or under on the odds (or outcome) you believe will win. You will also notice that the 'total point' outcomes are all given a fraction of '0.25, 0.5, or 0.75'. This ensures a winner as teams cannot score fractional points. With '0.25, and 0.75' fractions, you're able to 'Win and Tie' your bet, or 'Tie and Lose' your bet.
| This gives you an edge; where if the wager is placed on 'over' 3.75, and the outcome is 3, you win half your bet. Conversely if you bet 'under' 3.25, and the outcome is 3, you will only lose half of your original bet. Selections: You're presented with different possible 'total score' outcomes: Typically between 1.5 and 4.5 – with fractions (0.25, 0.75) in between. These numbers represent the total score that you must bet Over or Under on. There is no 'draw' option. |

Example: See the Outcomes chart for most betting situations. Although it pertains to Asian Handicap betting, the outcomes on wagers placed are identical.
Variations of Over Under:
- Over Under First Half: Wager on scores to be over or under the given odds at half time.
- Over Under Full Time Excluding Overtime: Wager on scores to be over or under the given odds at full time, minus any overtime.
Asian Handicap
Description: Asian Handicap is also referred to as 'Point Spreads'. This is a form of wagering where the perceived weaker team (or underdog) is given a number of goals head start over the favouring team. Conversely, the team favourite to win will be given a handicap in the form of negative points. This creates an even playing field for betting when two opposing teams are not congruently skilled. You will notice quarter and half points in these spread calculations as well; this forces a winner in the event of a tie.
| It also decreases the bettor's risk; where bettors can 'win and tie' or 'lose and tie' – winning a portion of your bet or losing only a portion of your bet. Selections: Quarter point increments (0.25, 0.5, 0.75) usually between a -3 and +3 point spread. |
